Free Returns. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. You have 30-days from the date the order was received to request a return for refund or an exchange. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to receive a full refund.

Include photos of the damaged item, the box the item was in (if applicable), and the shipping box. Also include the preferred resolution (refund or replacement). We will respond with resolution as soon as possible.
Customers have 14 days after receiving order to contact Bless Your Heart Gifts about the damaged or defective product.
